POLICIES
Color correction, texture treatments (American Wave) and Hair Extension clients are required to schedule consultations prior to booking.
24 hour cancellation policy required. Without proper notice, booking may be suspended. If 24 hours are not given, a cancellation fee of up to 100% your scheduled service will be requested.
You must be on time for your appointment, any late arrivals are subject to be rescheduled.
If you are feeling sick in any way, or have come in contact with someone who is sick, please call and cancel your appointment.

In the case you are not completely satisfied with your color or cut, please email us to schedule an adjustment. (Do so within 48 hours your appointment so we can grant a timely correction.)
